Living Will National Register

Registry of Names

We will be creating a FREE National Register for people to use to indicate that they have left instructions regarding their end of life wishes.   People will be able to list their names and the locations of their documents.   (For example, "John Smith of Los Angeles has a Living Will on file at State Hospital.") We will have articles and legal updates.  We will have attorneys available.  We will have a chat room and other support resources. We will have forms available (Wills, Durable Powers Of Attorney, Health Care Directives).   We plan to make this list available to health care professionals so they know who to ask and where to look for Living Wills, Do-Not-Resuscitate instructions and Health Care Directives.   We will have resources for people with questions about these issues and links to related sites.
